Age Management Evaluation
Chronological age is the age counting upwards from your year of birth. Biological age is the age exhibited by your functional systems. In the process of the age management consultation, we assess your biological age and work towards bridging the gap and with time improving performance. For the purpose of evaluation we conduct a series of tests (biomarkers). After the first set, these test results will be points of reference, for monitoring your improvement on the programme. These tests fall into the following categories.
Physical Examination
The first series of measurements are evaluations of clinical parameters. These include measurement of height, weight, visual acuity, BP, Body frame size, waist to hip ratio, BMI, body fat, static balance, flexibility, strength, heart rate, forced expiratory volume etc.
Nutrition Assessment
Nutritional assessment is an analysis of your current diet plan, estimation of daily calorie intake, normal eating habits (eating out Vs cooking healthy meals etc), daily water intake and any vitamins or supplements routine.
Hormone Symptom Assessment
Symptoms (including menopausal and andropausal) that indicate possible hormonal imbalance are recorded and in-depth investigations targeted towards those hormones are carried out.
Reproductive and Prostate Symptom Assessment
Symptoms related to infertility, period abnormalities in women and any prostate symptoms in men are recorded and detailed investigations carried out accordingly.
Stress Level and Memory Assessment

It is a key element of evaluation, especially in the elderly age group. Assessment is done using CT, MRI, Ultra sound, bone density scan, mammogram etc as necessary. In younger age groups ultrasound is the preferred means of investigation as it is non invasive and has no radiation concerns.
H-Scan
The H-SCAN measures 12 most important, of the age declining functions, including memory, reactions, hearing, vision, agility, decision speed, movement speed, tactile sense, and lung function. This measurement determines the biological aging of the individual.
Photo – Imaging
Grid digital photography to assess physical silhouette ,is the first point of photo imaging. 3D facial and body imaging to access skin texture, wrinkle depth and volume of the soft tissue is carried out.
UV Camera is used to assess sun damage.
